• Providing payslip to each employee every month.
• Prompt Remittance of ESI and PF contributions to government and filing Returns on time. Providing Government PF slips every year to employees (now made online and can view the online status).
• Arranging Insurance Policies to the employees as required by the principal employer.
• Thangam staff will work round the clock to give efficient service to the satisfaction of the customers.
• Providing necessary documents to the principal employer as and when required by them.
• Immediately Solving all the compliances if any, raised by the principal employer.
• We are the registered member of Naukri.com, Timesjob and Monster.com for selecting and recruiting suitable candidates of the client.
• We are also obtaining Labour Licences and related activities on behalf of our clients and for our own purpose.
